Phil Lockwood's extensive background spans nearly every facet of the digital industry, from strategy consulting and usability to creative design and programming. In 2001, he founded interactive agency Creation Chamber, Inc., which merged with Xylem Interactive in 2007 to form Xylem CCI. Prior to Creation Chamber, Lockwood most recently served as senior consultant for Romac International's Emerging Technologies group. While consulting, he founded two other private technology companies: AdsByNet, Inc. and Secure Assure, LLC. As CEO of Secure Assure, he managed the company's dramatic rise from a home-based startup to one of the most recognized privacy brands on the Internet. Phil's successful track record in leading a variety of technology companies makes him an invaluable asset to the Xylem CCI team. In addition to serving as CEO of Xylem CCI, he is part of the user experience department, participating in the execution of many client projects and leading the product development group. It is this "hands-on" involvement that gives him the insight to successfully grow a business known for breaking the rules of traditional digital agencies. |
