Phil has over 30 years of executive HR and recruiting experience reinforced by 10 years as a research scientist. This unique blend of technical and search background serves his clients well and has allowed him to specialize in the plastics, chemical, testing and scientific industries. Additionally, his HR experience includes nearly 20 years in distribution with a $1.5 billion division of a major corporation. Phil has also developed a compensation consulting practice and has performed over 25 assignments covering compensation structure development, market analysis, incentive design and top management pay plans. He has a particular strength in sales and sales management plan design and implementation. Phil earned an undergraduate degree from Fairmont State University. |
