Phil Pearson, Vice President of Consulting and Private Equity Services, is responsible for OneNeck's Strategic Consulting, Private Equity Services and Partner Development. Phil has extensive operational and management experience within manufacturing, software, consulting and outsourcing service industries. Over the past few years he has been extensively involved with IT due diligence for M&A and corporate carve-outs and provides an in-depth and balanced perspective on right sizing IT business solutions. Prior to OneNeck, Phil was North America Director of Risk Management for a leading global ERP software firm. Prior to working in IT he managed defense development and prototyping projects for a British manufacturing company. Phil holds a BTEC HNC Electrical Engineering from Guildford College of Technology, England. |
