Phil Larson is Senior Vice President, Operations. In this role, Mr. Larson is a member of the operations team responsible for overseeing USI's regional and product line companies and driving continued improvement in their performance.
Prior to joining USI, Mr. Larson had been a partner of the Capital Z Financial Services, a $1.85 billion private equity fund that has been a leading shareholder of USI since 1999. At Capital Z, he focused primarily on investing in distribution and processing companies within the financial services sector. Previously, Mr. Larson had been involved in private equity investing with both Zurich Centre Investments and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
Mr. Larson graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering and Operations Research |
