Mr. Gaynor began his career in Cement manufacturing in1976. Since that time he has held various positions in Production Operations Industrial Relations Human Resources and Management Information Systems. Since joining TXI in 1999 Phil has served as Human Resource Manager - Western Region Manufacturing Manager - Western Region and his current position as Vice President - Cement Manufacturing. In this capacity he is responsible for all cement manufacturing for TXI.
Mr. Gaynor holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Wesleyan University. He served four years in the United States Air Force. |
