Philip Crimmins is senior vice president of development for Applebee's International, Inc., the world's largest casual dining concept, based in Overland Park, Kansas.
Crimmins, who joined Applebee's in July 2002, previously was vice president for operations excellence. He was promoted to senior vice president of development in September 2003.
Prior to joining Applebee's, Crimmins served as vice president of service strategies for Pizza Hut, Inc. He began his career in restaurant management with Pizza Hut in 1975 as a restaurant manager in Massachusetts. Over the next 27 years, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including senior leadership positions in research and development, concept development, customer satisfaction, field training, and operations.
Crimmins received both a bachelor's and master's degree from Friends University. |
