Philip R. Palmquist has served as a Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since its inception on February 8, 1999. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Palmquist served as Chief Systems Architect for Comdisco Network Services, a company that provides worldwide technology services, where he was involved with the design, implementation and management of computing systems for a number of Fortune 500 companies. From 1996 to 1997, he served as Internet Services Product Manager for Deluxe Corporation, a company that develops and markets products and services to the banking industry. From 1982 to 1999, he also served as Founder and President of Square Software, Inc., a provider of systems consulting, environmental and construction software services. From 1982 to 1995, Mr. Palmquist served in various positions of increasing responsibility within Northern States Power Company, a publicly-held utility company. Mr. Palmquist is a Microsoft Certified Software Engineer. |
