Mr. Carbone is an associate with the firm�s Real Estate Section and Corporate/Finance Section. He represents a wide variety of clients including developers, affordable housing owners and operators, national retailers, major telecommunication companies, and banks and lenders. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, including:
Affordable housing development and financing including the use of federal and state development and financing programs, low-income tax credits, Section 8 rental subsidies, and regulatory compliance and reporting.
Commercial leasing for institutional landlord and tenants of shopping centers, offices, industrial, healthcare and retail sites.
Acquisition, disposition and development of multi-tenant retail, industrial and residential properties.
Acquisition, leasing, zoning, and special land use and variance permits and approvals in connection with the operation and development of telecommunication properties.
Negotiation and drafting of acquisition, working capital and construction loans and other credit facilities.
