Joining CFI Group in 1996 as a senior consultant, Mr. Doriot now manages CFI Group's consulting office in the southeastern U.S. In Atlanta he has responsibility for sales and delivery of consulting services to a number of Fortune 500 businesses including industry leaders in the international shipping, home improvement, telecommunications and financial services sectors. Additionally, Mr. Doriot also manages CFI Group's UK operations, based in London, with clients in the field of telecommunications. Within these accounts he and CFI Group are responsible for the development and use of various performance management systems, directing both strategic planning and tactical operations for clients. These systems typically integrate and align information from customers, employees, operations and firm financials into a unified view of the firm's performance. Beyond the development and deployment of these systems, Mr. Doriot is also responsible for CFI Group activities that drive complete integration of system output through the client's business processes. Clients make the most of the output from CFI Group's analytics in areas such as scenario planning, CRM, program development, program evaluation, cost - benefit analysis, communications planning and tactical action planning for quality improvements. Prior to joining CFI Group, Mr. Doriot was a Principal Consultant with A&C Enercom Inc., where he directed A&C Enercom's survey research business unit. His client list while at A&C Enercom included Commonwealth Edison, Virginia Power, Evantage, Southern California Gas, Pacific Enterprises, ComEnergy and many other electric and gas utilities. His projects with these clients were focused primarily in the area of assessing readiness for competition and the opening of markets. Prior to this position, he was a consultant with the Gallup Organization and headed up the analytic and consulting function for the Atlanta office. Mr. Doriot has extensive experience in both business-to-business and consumer research, and has worked with clients in the banking, financial services, airlines, insurance, utilities, restaurants, telecommunications and high-technology industries. He has advanced degrees in both Experimental Psychology and Organizational Psychology. |
