Philip Ducker is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Silicon Valley office. He is a member of the Firm�s Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department.
His previous law firm experience includes representing clients in trial and before the USITC, drafting briefs to the U.S. Court of Appeals, prosecuting patent applications to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, instructing foreign counsel in the European Patent Office and conducting research and drafting memoranda on various intellectual property matters.
Prior to his legal career, Philip worked as an engineering intern at U.S. Precision Lens, Corning Inc. where he produced 3-D computer models, developed production processes and created computer simulation for lenses in experimentation.
Philip earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his bachelor�s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati. During his last year of law school, Philip served as a student intern to the Honorable Patti B. Saris and was a member of the Journal of Science & Technology Law.
Philip is admitted to practice in New York.
