Philip LiBassi has extensive experience in Architecture and Structural Engineering. With a strong focus on Healthcare, he has lead in all facets of healthcare planning including medical/surgical patient rooms, intensive and critical care patient rooms, surgical suites with associated Pre- Op/PACU areas, as well as medical departments that include Cardiology, Radiology, and Gastroenterology. His experience also includes managing and coordinating complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Low Voltage systems that are unique to the healthcare environment, as well as the integration of planning with both Users and Construction professionals. Over the past 15 years, Mr. LiBassi has worked on healthcare projects varying in size, complexity and delivery methods that total an aggregate value of $200 million. His involvement from conception to completion insures strong continuity throughout the project. In addition to this, Mr. LiBassi oversees the quality control standards procedures and policies for the firm.
Mr. LiBassi is a member of the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) and serves as the Chapter Advisor for the Cleveland Chapter of the American Institutes of Architects. He has served as a speaker at the National Symposium on Healthcare Design, and as a author including an article for Health Facilities Management and the publication New Models in ICU Design.
