Philippe joined LivePerson as the Chief Web Officer of HumanClick where he established US operations and spearheaded web and marketing activities that made HumanClick the leading Live Customer Service application on the Internet.
Philippe began his involvement with the Internet when he joined Synon (now owned by Computer Associates) and managed their development of Internet Services including an advanced intranet and a highly interactive Web site. From there he founded Langonline an Internet consultancy firm whose clients included National Semiconductor Tektronics and the University of San Francisco. He also co-founded a profitable retail wine Web site with operations in Europe and North America.
Philippe holds an Engineering degree from the Universite de Technologie in Compi�gne France and an MBA from ENPC Paris. |
