Philippe Soustelle of Al�s, France was elected to serve a two-year term as a director of The International Association of Lions Clubs at the association�s 88th International Convention held in Hong Kong, June 27-July 1, 2005.
Director Soustelle is a bank director.
A member of the Al�s Doyen Lions Club since 1986, Director Soustelle has held many offices within the association, including club treasurer, club president, district convention chairperson, zone chairperson, council chairperson and district governor.
In recognition of his service to the association he has received numerous awards, including the Club President 100% Award, two International President�s Awards and one International President�s Leadership Award. He is also a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow.
