Phillip J. Evanski joined Fortress in June 2006 and is serving as Newcastle's Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Evanski was previously with Nomura Securities since 2004 where he was a Managing Director and Head of CMBS Trading and Syndicate. Prior to that, Mr. Evanski was a Senior Vice President and Principal for Realm Business Solutions, Inc. From 1999 to 2000, he was a Vice President at JP Morgan in London with responsibility for Structured Product Syndicate and Trading. Prior to that, Mr. Evanski was a Senior Vice President and Head of the Asset Securitization Group for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette between 1998 and 1999 in London. From 1992 to 1998 Mr. Evanski was a Senior Vice President and Head of CMBS Trading and Syndicate for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York. Mr. Evanski received a B.S. degree from New York University. |
