Dr. Windley is a nationally recognized expert in using information technology to add value. Dr. Windley regularly consults with businesses on interoperability, web services, XML, digital identity, system architecture and technology organization. Dr. Windley most recently served as Chief Information Officer in the Office of the Governor for the State of Utah. Prior to his tenure with the State, Dr. Windley was Vice President of Product Development and Operations at Excite@Home, an early provider of broadband Internet services. He was also CTO for iMALL.com, where he led a large multidisciplinary team of engineers, system administrators and product managers in creating large-scale e-commerce services. Dr. Windley is also a former Professor of Computer Science at Brigham Young University. |
