Phillip has been integral to the growth and success of the Wrangler� brand for more than 25 years, and in 2002 his role reached a pinnacle when he was named president, Wrangler� Specialty Apparel.
Phillip began his career in apparel as a fabric specialist for Wrangler Shirts and he then moved to operations planner. His next function, a merchandising associate for Wrangler Men�s Shirts, is the field in which he became an expert. During his tenure in merchandising, Phillip served as product manager (Shirts and Jeans), merchandising associate (Boys� and Men�s), and merchandising manager (Boys�). His most recent position was VP/GM, Wrangler Western Wear and Wrangler Rugged Wear, Bottoms.
A native of North Carolina, Phillip lives in Greensboro with his wife and two children. In his free time, he can be found at his son�s soccer games, at Duke visiting his daughter, or at the North Carolina coast. He holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained his pilot�s license in 1999. |
