Phillip Madden joined AtStaff, Inc., in March of 2006, bringing with him over 12 years of healthcare IT experience in the leadership of implementation, support, and project management in both ambulatory and acute care markets. Madden heads the Client Services team for AtStaff, where he is responsible for the post-sale customer relationship, including implementations, developing and delivering training and consulting services, account management, application integration, and application support. Madden previously served as Senior Manager of Client Implementation Services for Misys Healthcare Systems, a leading developer of applications serving healthcare organizations. During his 11 year tenure with Misys, Madden held various Senior Management leadership roles in both Client Support Services and Client Implementation Services. Madden holds a BSBA degree in Computer Information Systems and Operations Management from Appalachian State University of North Carolina. |
