Phillip Webber is a Chartered Accountant and a principal of EnAble Performance, an environmental auditing company. During the period 1989 to 1999, Mr. Webber worked in various positions with B.C. Hydro, most recently as Financial Services Manager.
Prior to 1989, he was an auditor for Price Waterhouse in Vancouver, B.C. and Melbourne Australia from 1985 to 1988.
