Phyllis was named Vice President, Collection Management Services in March 2004. From 1996 to 2004, she was Vice President, Worldwide Library Services. She served as Vice President, Marketing and Sales from May 1992 until July 1996. Phyllis joined OCLC in 1973 as Library Systems Analyst. From 1975 to 1983, she was Manager, Library Systems Analysis and Design Department. From 1983 to 1984, she served as Manager, Product Management and Support Department. In 1984, she was named Director of the Local Systems Division and in 1986 was appointed Divisional Vice President, Local System Division. Phyllis was named Vice President Local Systems, International, and Retrospective Conversion in May 1989. Phyllis holds a bachelor�s degree in art history from the State University of New York at Cortland and a master�s degree in library and information science from Syracuse University. |
