Pierce T. Neese joined the Bank of Florida Corporation Board of Directors in 2007 following the acquisition of Old Florida Bankshares Inc. in April where he served as a director. Mr. Neese has worked in the financial industry for nearly 50 years starting out at C&S Bank in Atlanta while he was attending Georgia State University. At C&S he worked in all phases of operations and was involved with the implementation of the first computer system for the entire statewide banking system. At the young age of 28 he was named President and Director of a bank in Clayton County Georgia. Mr. Neese continued to work for the next forty years with and for a variety of do novo banks and acquired institutions including United Security Bank Etowah Bank Marine National Bank and Old Florida Bank. He holds numerous diplomas fro the American Institute of Banking attended The Banking Institute of America and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie School. |
