Platt Thompson, Executive Vice President - Platt has been with CRI since 1999. He originally created and implemented CRI s Solution Methodologies, CRI s Managed Services Methodology, CRI s Estimating Methodology, and co-authored CRI s Financial Forecasting tool. He provided oversight and management to many engagements, including over thirty project-based activities and five MSP activities. As Vice President of Services, and later Executive Vice President, Platt developed new lines of business within CRI. He developed CRI s first PMO (Project Management Office), creating the largest cadre of PMP s (Project Management Professionals) in the State of Idaho. He also created and implemented a managed service methodology based on ITSM, with strong risk, change and configuration elements, including an Office of Standards focusing the organization on quality precepts such as CMM (Capability Maturity Model) and Six Sigma.
