Ms. Feigenbaum is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (cum laude) and Syracuse University College of Law. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984.
Ms. Feigenbaum's practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law, banking law, business law and corporate and partnership matters. She has extensive experience in representing real estate developers; representing parties in commercial and residential real estate sales and leasing transactions', representing banks in commercial lending and health care project finance; and handling corporate, partnership and general business matters. Ms. Feigenbaum also has a strong background in title insurance and title-related matters.
She has authored several chapters for the real estate treatise, Warren's Weed New York Real Property. Ms. Feigenbaum is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Member, Sections on Real Estate and Business).
Ms. Feigenbaum also is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Northern District of New York. |
