Dr. Moore joined California Clinical Trials in 2005 to head up all sleep research. Prior to joining CCT, she was a Research Associate at Scripps Clinic Sleep Center in La Jolla, California. For two years, she served as Visiting Instructor, Department of Psychology at the University of San Diego (UCSD). A cum laude graduate from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, she received a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from UCLA. Her post-graduate training was as a Researcher at UCSD. Dr. Moore earned a UCSD Psychiatry Department of Post-doctoral Research Fellowship in Biological Psychiatry and Neuroscience. Her awards include the Sleep Research Society Trainee Research Excellence Award and the Sarah Williston Scholar, Academic Excellence at Mount Holyoke College. Dr. Moore is a member of the Sleep Research Society, the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists and the Society for Neurosciences. A gifted and published writer, she has co-authored an impressive number of sleep research papers. |
