Praveen Grover is the General Manager of India operations of Tricore Solutions. Praveen joined Tricore in 2000. As the head of India operations since 2003, he is chartered with developing a round the clock global support center with a focus on effective customer service. He has over 10 years of software industry experience, eight of which were spent in delivering process improvement and technology-enabled business solutions to clients in diverse industries. Prior to this, he was the director of professional services at the US office of Tricore and before that served as the resource manager at a $100 international IT solutions provider. Praveen is an advocate of the offsite-offshore relationship model that results in optimized costs and maximized efficiency. He is also known as an expert in hiring top talent and growing teams to accomplish strategic initiatives for organizations. He holds a master's degree in business administration from Clark University Graduate School of Management. |
