Qing Lu, VP Finance, has more than 13 years financial and technology experience at technology and investment banking industries. Prior to joining LitePoint, Mr. Lu served as Sr. Director of Corporate Finance of PortalPlayer, Inc., which was acquired by Nvidia Corp in 2007. Mr. Lu managed the finance/accounting functions thru IPO. From July 1992 to March 2001, Mr. Lu served in various management roles in Arcadia Design System Inc., Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., and Founder Group. Mr. Lu is a CFA and earned a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Finance from Sino-Europe Institute of Management, and a BS degree in Computer Science from Beijing Jiaotong University, China. |
