Quin R. Frazer is a partner and member of the Private Client Group. Quin has enjoyed a career assisting individuals in all areas of estate planning and representing charities in all aspects of exempt organization law.
In 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, Quin was selected as one of the Leading Lawyers in Illinois in Wealth Planning. He has been selected as one of the Super Lawyers of 2006 and 2007.

Quin works closely with the firm�s Commercial Litigation Practice Group both in representing individuals and charitable organizations as beneficiaries in will and trust disputes and also in representing individual and corporate fiduciaries in will and trust construction matters.
A frequent lecturer and writer on estate planning and charitable giving matters for wealthy individuals and families, he also speaks nationally on the fiduciary duties and liabilities of directors of nonprofit corporations and the trustees of charitable trusts.
Quin was an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago Law School. He sits on a number of advisory committees for charities, is a former chair of the Chicago Bar Association�s Probate Practice Committee and is the current chair of Chicago Commons Association, a Chicago social service agency. |
