R.E. (Dick) Williams, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Captain R. E. (Dick) Williams, USN (Ret.), Ph.D., a veteran of over twenty-three (23) years as a Navy pilot, joined C&C International Computers and Consultants, Inc., (C&C International) as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2004. Prior to coming to C&C International, Captain Williams served in a variety of prestigious positions including Commander Training Air Wing Four; Deputy Assistant (Human Resources) to the Commander-in-Chief of the U. S. Atlantic Fleet, Commanding Officer, Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, Texas, Commanding Officer Training Squadron Three; Professor Naval Science, Florida A&M University and Florida State University; Associate Professor, Naval Science, Prairie View A&M University (Texas). Subsequent to his retirement from the Navy, Captain Williams has served in the following executive positions: The first Inspector General of the State of Florida; District Ombudsman, South Florida Water Management District; and Executive Vice President/Provost Florida Memorial University. Dr. Williams is the recipient of the prestigious Nathan Hale Award, the highest award presented by Florida Memorial University. |
