Rachael L. Mamula is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Chicago office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
During law school, Rachael served as a law student extern for the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and student clinician for the Loyola Civitas ChildLaw Clinic. She also worked as a legal intern for the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic, where she drafted Petitions for Executive Clemency and appeared before the Illinois Prisoner Review Board.
Prior to law school, Rachael worked for five years as an Honors Paralegal for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Fraud Section and U.S. Attorney�s Office for the District of Columbia, Homicide & Major Crimes Section. In 2005, Rachael was formally recognized by the then-acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia for her work on a multi-defendant gang case.
Rachael is admitted to practice in Illinois.
