Rachael was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree in 2001 from Wofford College where she double majored in History and Government. Rachael attended Vanderbilt Law School, graduating in 2004. She joined GrayRobinson in 2007. Rachael practices in eminent domain, general litigation, and creditor's rights inside and outside of bankruptcy. She also has trial experience. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and to the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
