Rachel has an MBA (Accounting concentration) degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Allegheny College. Rachel joined Lake Shore Savings in March 1999. Her prior work experience includes the following: Staff Accountant - Conway Porter CPA; Accounting Assistant - Bufkor Inc.; and Staff Auditor/Assistant Audit Supervisor/Financial Audit Supervisor - M&T Bank. Rachel has passed the NYS Certified Public Accountant's exam. Ms. Foley's father Dr. James P. Foley is a director of Lake Shore Bancorp and Lake Shore Savings. |
