Ms. Lipton is an associate in the Litigation department and a member of the Employment Counseling & Litigation group. She is resident in the Boston office.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Ms. Lipton worked at the Massachusetts Appleseed Center for Law and Justice and at Weisman & Associates in Boston, researching and writing legal memoranda and drafting the proposed findings of fact and rulings of law in the Massachusetts education finance reform case.
During law school, Ms. Lipton worked as a teaching fellow to Harvard Law School Professor Lani Guinier. She also assisted staff attorneys in the Hale and Dorr Legal Services Center Trauma and Learning Policy Initiative advocating on behalf of children affected by domestic violence in their special education needs.
Ms. Lipton speaks conversational Spanish.
