As Chief Information Officer at Chadwick Martin Bailey, Rachel Huang oversees all aspects of technology, from network and systems to internal project management databases, to statistical techniques. Rachel has extensive experience in questionnaire design, project implementation, and data analysis. In her decade of primary research experience, Rachel has conducted a multitude of customer and employee satisfaction, service evaluation, market performance and potential, and product positioning studies both within the U.S. and globally.
Rachel's strong analytical and managerial skills, coupled with her knowledge of multivariate data analysis, have served her in conducting research studies in the healthcare, financial service, educational publishing, consumer service, and telecommunication industries. During her time at Chadwick Martin Bailey, Rachel has worked with a multitude of clients in the global setting: Banco Popular, Electrolux, Nortel Networks, Sprint, and State Street Corporation. In addition to her measurement design and analysis experience, she has been instrumental in managing the development of several automated tools built for clients or internal use.
Rachel earned a B.A. from Beijing University, China. She earned a Master's degree in Sociology from Northeastern University with a concentration in quantitative methodology.
Prior to joining Chadwick Martin Bailey, Rachel worked for Marttila and Kiley Inc., a political polling and strategy firm in Boston, primarily conducting multivariate analysis. In addition to marketing research experience, Rachel has two years experience teaching and tutoring statistics to undergraduate and graduate students.
