Rachel Lebel, Total Care Manager Position: Total Care Manager, Professional Experience: 18 years with Geiger, started in 1988. What I Do Today: I oversee our associates who provide outstanding service to our sales partners and end user customers. I assist with problem solving, goal setting and strategic process planning. We continually look for improvements in our front line and back end functions to maximize efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Accomplishments & Recognition: Geiger Star recipient 1993, Geiger Star nominee 2002 and 2004, Geiger trained Team Building Facilitator since 1996, Geiger G.I.T.(technology) award recipient 2005. Pursuing CAS designation. Outside Activities: Gardening, Camping, Theatre. Currently pursuing Business Management degree. People think I'm crazy to have enrolled in college at this time of my life. However, I am a strong believer in life-long learning and continuing growth in one's personal and professional development.What Moves Me: Family. I am intrigued by the cycle of parent to child and see the qualities and values that are passed down through generations. I have learned much from my parents and see the ways that I am unconsciously passing those lessons to my sons. I strive to do the same for the Geiger family. A strong work ethic and desire to take personal responsibility for all you do will always lead you in the right direction. The bumps along the way are there for a reason. Take them, learn from them and embrace all experiences as part of the process.
