Rachel joined Davidson Hotel Company in 2004 as Corporate Director of Human Resources and Recruiting, bringing eleven years of hospitality experience to her role. Prior to joining Davidson, she was the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Flagstone Hospitality Management in Memphis. In this role she was responsible for global oversight of all facets of the Human Resources discipline for a portfolio of 55 hotels in 26 states and over 3,000 employees, at brands including Sheraton, Marriott, Hilton and Doubletree. Rachel is responsible for legal compliance, benefit consultation and development, compensation structure, recruiting, employee and labor relations. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, national and local chapters. |
