Rachel West brings over 30 years of human resources experience to her role as chief people officer for Pinnacle Financial Partners.
West is responsible for introducing new associates to Pinnacle's client-centric culture, ensuring Pinnacle's compensation and benefits are fair and aligned with the firm's goal of being the best place to work in Tennessee and overseeing Pinnacle's feedback programs such as an annual work environment survey and the firm's ongoing client survey process.
She came to Pinnacle from Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, Ga., where she has served as vice president of human resources. Previously she served as vice president and assistant vice president of human resources at Baptist Hospital in Nashville for 13 years.
