As the COO, Raj oversees the definition and execution of the company�s strategy, provides organizational leadership and directs all aspects of the company�s worldwide business. Raj joined GemStone in 1989 and has extensive experience in developing products and technology for enterprise computing. He has previously held various senior positions at GemStone in global sales, technology management and consulting, business development and marketing. Prior to GemStone, Raj was the founder and a principal at an independent consulting company, Entelech Consulting Corporation. With fifteen years of technology experience at GemStone, Raj understands the data management challenges that today�s enterprises face. His unique hands-on experience with all aspects of a software company provides him with the operational expertise to drive GemStone into a leadership position in this new category of software. He drives GemStone's overall focus to execute to the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering on high value business solutions that uniquely leverage GemStone's rich technical expertise. Raj has a Master's degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from College of Engineering, Pune. |
