Dr. Wall is a seasoned technology professional with more than 25 years of experience directing and managing software development organizations and building teams to deliver complex solutions. Dr. Wall is experienced with a wide range of leading-edge software technologies including Enterprise Service Oriented Architectures, Web Services and Artificial Intelligence.Dr. Wall spent the early part of his career in Artificial Intelligence at the Al Lab of Texas Instruments serving as a Branch Manager and Senior Member of the Technical Staff.Dr. Wall also served as Vice President of Technology with Citicorp's Global Trade Division. He was responsible for the unit's new Texas office and management of the integration of the New York office's new Trade Information System. This involved coordinating work of teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, London, New York, Dallas, and Tampa.Dr. Wall previously served as Vice President of Engineering at ObjectSpace, Inc. He also served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and was responsible for the consulting practice, line-of-business development, and providing overall strategic advice.Armed with this deep knowledge of software development and integration, Dr. Wall became an entrepreneur in September, 1998, when he co-founded Axys Solutions, Geniant's Software Development subsidiary. The company was formed with a specific focus on delivering world-class software solutions. Dr. Wall was responsible for managing and mentoring the core team, strategic planning, new organizational definition and growth, people development and project management. A few of the key client relationships Dr. Wall was instrumental in forming included: BillMatrix, Abbott Laboratories, Experian, Bombardier, Royal Sun & Alliance, Vignette, and many more.Dr. Wall holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, is a Project Management Institute Certified Project Management Professional, and continues as a key member on the Advisory Board for Geniant. |
