Rajesh Vallabh serves as of counsel to the Intellectual Property Group in our Boston office. He has over 14 years of experience as a patent lawyer working with clients in a variety of technology fields including computer software and hardware, telecommunications, computer networks, semiconductors, e-commerce, business methods, medical devices, machinery, and industrial processes. Mr. Vallabh s practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications. He also advises clients on developing and implementing U.S. and foreign patent strategies, including establishing invention disclosure programs and building patent portfolios. In addition, Mr. Vallabh performs risk assessment and design-around analysis for new products, and renders opinions on patent infringement, validity, and enforceability. He also evaluates intellectual property assets in connection with transactions.
