Rajiv Mahajan is the Chief Executive Officer of CareGain, a business unit of Fiserv Insurance, Inc. He is responsible for all domestic and international operations of CareGain including its integration with other units of Fiserv as part of his overall Healthcare Banking and Payments responsibilities. Rajiv has over 20 years of management and operations experience in delivering information technology and enterprise solutions. He has been instrumental in defining and deploying an integrated Consumer Directed Healthcare platform to serve the fast-growing market. His experience within the organization includes executive management, business and technology consulting and solution development. Prior to joining CareGain, Rajiv worked for more than five years at H&R Block, where he served in different challenging capacities for delivering tax and electronic filing software solutions for retail and digital markets. Rajiv was also involved in leading and managing the recruiting and training of over hundred thousand seasonal workforce for a tax season. Earlier, he initiated and operated the Northeast Division of Nexgenix, Inc., a supply chain solution provider. He previously managed large complex engagements with Cambridge Technology Partners in both Europe and the US. Rajiv also worked at Digital Equipment, which is now a part of HP, where he developed multiple performance and capacity planning technology applications. Rajiv earned a bachelor's degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. At Stony Brook, Rajiv was also a member of the Varsity Squash team. |
