Mr. Naidu has 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, management, and construction. Prior to co-founding OpsTechnology, he founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Crest Asset Management Inc., a privately held corporation that, in partnership with major Wall Street opportunity funds, acquired, redeveloped, and managed over $250 million in multi-family assets in the continental United States. Mr. Naidu was also founder and CEO of Twin Cities Contracting Inc., a provider of general and mechanical contracting services to the commercial real estate and restaurant services industries. Clients included CB Commercial, TRICON (Parent of Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut), Purina Mills, Coldwell Banker, and TVO Realty Partners (a top 50 operator of multi-family properties). Before starting his real estate businesses, Mr. Naidu was a management consultant in the San Francisco office of Bain & Company. Mr. Naidu received a BS in Engineering from Stanford University. |
