Rajiv has more than 15 years of senior management experience specializing in the development of highly available and scalable Internet-enabled software products. Prior to joining Serus in 2005, Rajiv spent seven years as vice president of product development at NextSet Software, where he was responsible for developing and delivering its flagship PTX product to major financial institutions worldwide. During his tenure at NextSet, Rajiv created and managed its Indian operations and led the company�s support groups, providing 24x7 support to demanding banks and financial institutions worldwide. Joining NextSet as its first employee, he helped grow the company to over 150 people until it was acquired by an Australian public company in 2005. Prior to NextSet, Rajiv served in various product development roles for companies in India and the Middle East. |
