Rajiv Tandon has over 21 years of experience in IT & IT enabled services. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Tandon started his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Trainee in 1984 and was with them until November 1991. During his tenure with TCS he led several projects and corporate initiatives in India, New Zealand, Japan and USA.

In January of 1992 Mr. Tandon joined Syntel Inc., a NASDAQ listed company as an Account Manager. Later he assumed the responsibility for managing Syntel�s largest outsourcing account. As a member of the Leadership Team he played a key role in the transformation of Syntel from a $40m staffing company to a $200m Outsourcing and Projects company.

In March 2005 Mr. Tandon joined Technosoft Corporation as Chief Executive Officer.
