Raju is responsible for Quality Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity Management and third party certifications at EXL. With a deep focus on managing company wide processes, Raju has been instrumental in institutionalizing processes and practices in all areas of compliance at EXL. He comes to EXL with over 25 years of work experience in IT Services, with companies such as Escorts and NIIT amongst others. In his previous assignment at NIIT Ltd., Raju was responsible for Process Improvements, IT consulting, training, process consulting and IT education. He possesses varied experience and has demonstrated skills in areas of documentation and deployment of policies, processes for building long-term corporate capabilities.
