Ralph DeCristoforo serves as Executive Vice President of DHR�s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice Group and Managing Director of the firm�s Southbury, Connecticut office. He specializes primarily on the provider side of the healthcare industry. Ralph has 25 years of human resources and hospital operations experience having served on the senior executive teams of several major tertiary care centers on the East Coast and the Mid-West. Mr. DeCristoforo is a past President of the Connecticut Hospital Human Resources Association and remains actively involved in his profession. His search clients range from major academic medical centers, integrated healthcare delivery systems, and large community hospitals to smaller, more rural facilities. Typical search assignments range from CEO's to major department heads. Because of Mr. DeCristoforo's diverse healthcare background, he is equally comfortable working on either general management or the more clinically oriented executive assignments. Mr. DeCristoforo received his BA degree from Monmouth College and his MPA from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
