Ralph Zatzkis provides advice to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. He also litigates all types of employment issues including non-compete and non-solicitation, wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful discharge, harassment and retaliation cases. In addition, he assists employers in preparing affirmative action plans and defending employers before the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
In the labor arena, Ralph represents employers in collective bargaining, union representation cases, organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice cases. He is experienced in obtaining strike injunctions and has managed strikes in situations where employers needed to operate during a strike and permanently replace their workforces. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Ralph served as a senior partner at a labor and employment law firm in New Orleans, Louisiana and Dallas, Texas.
Ralph is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Labor and Employment Law Section) and the Dallas Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section). He is also a member of the Louisana State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar. Ralph is also AV� Peer-Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
