Mr. Cruz co-founded the company in 1982, has been a director since that time, and served, from 1982 through February 15, 2007, first as the company�s Vice President and then as its co-chief executive officer. He was appointed Co-Chairman of the Board in 1996. Effective February 15, 2007, Mr. Cruz retired as Co-Chief Executive Officer, but continues to serve as non-executive Co-Chairman of the Board, as well as, when requested, in an advisory capacity on key projects and initiatives. Mr. Cruz studied classical violin at the University of Miami, which he attended on a full scholarship, and Indiana University, during which time he won numerous classical violin competitions. |
