Ralph has been working professionally for over 13 years as a system administrator, software developer and systems integrator. He has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of production systems. Prior to co-founding Willing Minds, Ralph was Lead Systems Engineer at StrataSource, a highly regarded managed services provider. At StrataSource Ralph was selected as primary support engineer for those customers with the most challenging requirements. Previous to StrataSource, Ralph was Senior Consultant at Intelenet Communications, where he provided critical custom support services to strategic Fortune 500 customers. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. |
