In 1996 he shifted to USA, and took a change in his career by joining a 15 million dollar IT company. It was his first indulgence with an information technology and software industry. He rose to the position of COO in the company and took it to a valuation of 100 million with operations in US, Europe, Middle East and Japan. In 2003, Ram along with Vinod Narayan Co founded ITFlux Inc and has successfully taken ITFlux from a start up, to a company which successfully gives solutions to other companies through a tried and tested delivery model. Ram�s career path which started from Productivity Council as a consultant to project engineer in Bharat Petroleum, Purchase Manager in Indeset and a decade of experience as a Director in an engineering construction company brings profound industry experience to ITFlux. His experience in operating across borders is an asset to the company. He brings Business Process Management Expertise to ITFlux which is par excellence. He holds a Bachelor�s in Engineering from Cochin University. |
