Ron Daratany has been an executive search recruiter throughout his entire professional career. In 1988, the investment banking firm, Lehman Brothers in NYC, utilized Ron as their College/Career Day representative and in-house recruiter, to educate and eventually hire staff to support their investment banking brokers. He, while still earning his own BS Degree in Marketing, was managing 130 staff members in which he recruited, interviewed, hired and trained. From Lehman Brothers, Ron was employed by a real estate development firm in CA, who also managed all of their own properties. Initially hired as a Property Manager, Ron's recruiting skills were quickly utilized as all new potential staff were interviewed and endorsed by him for hire. In 1991, Ron progressed into the role of an executive search recruiter, and through unsurpassed production, earned a partnership in a California based retained executive search firm. As a partner, Ron established, and grew, a Florida based division to assist in the expansion of the firm. Through his vast business acumen and client development skills, DMR Global, Inc. was later founded. Ron is recognized as a leader and expert in the recruiting industry with a keen knowledge of human and labor relations within organizations.
