Randall A. Peterman is a principal in the firm of Moffatt Thomas Barrett Rock and Fields. He is a member and past president of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Idaho State Bar, and a member and past president of the Corporate and Securities Law Section of the Idaho State Bar. He is a member of the ABI, and a fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. Mr. Peterman is also general counsel for a local university and has lectured widely in the area of corporate ethical matters and the Sarbanes Oxley Act and related regulations. Mr. Peterman was granted a J.D. from the University of Washington in 1976. He received a degree in history from Northwest Nazarene University in 1973. He is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Idaho. Practice areas include banking law, commercial transactions, commercial litigation, lender liability defense, real estate, and bankruptcy. |
